Mary Poppins News and Information Disney on Broadway is presenting Mary Poppins on tour this year, with a variety of shows in Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, Il, Atlanta, GA, St. Louis, MO, Tempe, AZ, Minneapolis, MN, Dallas, TX, New York City and Cleveland, OH.

The story tells the tale of George Banks, who is searching for a Nanny for Jane and Michael, his devious children. Along comes "practically perfect" Mary Poppins, who charms George into the job. A fantastic fantasy ensues, with Mary entertaining the children with her songs and magic, while whipping the children into shape.

While George is furious that his children are being distracted with such frivolous activities, Mary turns the charm on him and teaches him the real value of life - and his family. This heartwarming tale is something that kids and parents alike can enjoy.

The show, which is also presented by Cameron Mack, includes great songs like "Let's Go Fly a Kite" and "Chim-Chiminey." Mack's original stage adaptation of Mary Poppins had its world premiere at the Bristol Hippodrome in 2004, and has since enjoyed an extended stay on Broadway as well as a UK tour.
