When it comes playoff time, it seems like it always comes down to the team with the hottest goaltender. If you have two capable goalies, you increase the likelihood that one of them catches fire at the right time.

Mike Richards has already had a record-setting year, as he became the first player to score with two men down for the third time in his career. He already has five short-handed goals this season.

Overall, Richards is the second-leading scorer on the team with 52 points and leads the team with 32 assists.

Simon Gagne and Scott Hartnell are also having strong seasons with 50 and 42 points, respectively.
