Anaheim Ducks Seating Chart

The Anaheim Mighty Ducks currently sit in third place in the Pacific Division but are very much alive in the postseason hunt.

The Ducks are two games over .500, and with 63 points, fighting hard with a number of teams for the last few spots in the Western Conference playoffs.

However, things are about to get real tough for Anaheim. They play their next four games on the road, all against formidable opponents. The most difficult game will be a trip to Boston to take on the Eastern Conference's top team.

It has been a season marred by inconsistency for the talented Mighty Ducks, who believed coming into the year that they were a legitimate contender for the Stanley Cup.

That team has failed to show up on a regular basis, but there have been glimpses of hope from time to time.

Ryan Getzlaf leads the team with 69 points, including 49 assists. Bobby Ryan leads the club with 21 goals.

Goaltending was supposed to be the team's biggest strength, but that has unfolded like first thought. Jean-Sebastien Giguere, one of the league's top backstops, has been a huge disappointment.

Giguere is allowing 3.12 goals per game, although he does have a respectable save percentage.

Backup Jonas Hiller has played in nearly as many games as Giguere but been drastically more effective. He is giving up just 2.27 goals per game while sporting a fabulous save percentage at 92.2.

Anaheim is still in the playoff conversation, but they can't continue their inconsistent ways. It's going to take a solid month or so of hockey to give them a chance at reaching that Stanley Cup.
