2011 Final Four Preview
Posted 3/7/2011
The road to the Final Four is finally upon us, and what an exciting time of the year it is. There isn't a better postseason event in all of sports, whether it be in the collegiate ranks or professionally.

Sixty-eight teams will embark on a dream, but only one will have the chance to fulfill it by holding up the national championship trophy after three weeks of incredible basketball.

The NCAA tournament format has changed this year, adding three teams to the mix. Instead of a play-in game on Tuesday night, four games will now be played in Dayton. Two games will take place Tuesday, with the other two Wednesday.

More games only means more madness and more great basketball. There's nothing better than watching some no-name school knock off a top-ranked team or a player coming out of nowhere to hit the game-winning shot.

This year's NCAA tournament is as wide-open as any in recent memory. There is no dominant team, meaning almost any school making the tournament has a shot to make history.

The obvious favorites include Ohio State, Kansas, Duke, Pittsburgh and Texas, but don't count out teams like Kansas State and St. John's that have come on strong in the second half of the season.
