Cleveland Cavaliers 2010-11 Mid-Season Review
Posted 1/25/2011
The hangover from the departure of superstar LeBron James is far from gone, and it seems to some like it might never go away.

The Cavaliers own the worst record in the NBA, although with the roster they have, I'm surprised they aren't even worse.

You have to feel really bad for Antawn Jamison, who joined the team in the middle of last season to help put LeBron and the Cavaliers over the top. A great teammate, Jamison is now stuck playing for the worst team in the league and is farther away from a championship than ever before.

Outside of Jamison, there is little to like about this team. Mo Williams is a decent point guard and J.J. Hickson has shown promise, but there is no go-to scorer to lean on in crunch time. Then again, this team is rarely close enough for crunch time to matter.

Strangely, the Cavaliers use almost their entire bench on a nightly basis, although I guess there isn't a big difference in talent level from one guy to the next.

It's going to be an extremely long rebuilding process for this franchise, and one wonders if it will ever recover.
