The Cleveland Cavaliers have quickly rebounded from a devastating loss in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals last year by getting off to their best regular season start since drafting LeBron James.

James has taken his game to yet another level, showing the ability to both score and raise the level of play from his teammates.

While James continues to improve, it is the players surrounding him that has helped the team to a much better record.

The addition of point guard Mo Williams in the offseason has proven to be one of the best moves in all of the NBA.

It gives the team a steadying influence that it hasn't had in the LeBron era. It also gives the team another scorer and a player that can facilitate the offense and allow the star forward to play off of the ball.

Delonte West, one of LeBron's favorite teammates, is still out for another month with a fractured wrist.

J.J. Hickson was a player I really loved in this year's NBA Draft despite the fact he was a late first-round draft pick and he certainly hasn't disappointed. He has given the Cavaliers a toughness on the inside that they have been severely lacking.

Daniel Gibson has recovered from his injury in last year's Eastern Conference Finals and is playing at a high level. He provides the team with its outside shooting, although the Cavaliers would do well to find another player accurate from long range.

Anything less than a championship is a disappointment for the Cavaliers at this point, and they seem destined for a rematch with the Boston Celtics in this year's conference finals.
