2010 MAACO Las Vegas Bowl Predictions The Utah Utes and Boise State Broncos will face off in the MAACO Las Vegas Bowl on December 22 at 8 p.m. at Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas.

This is certainly not where Boise State wanted to be this time of the year. The Broncos have become annual BCS crashers and looked destined for a trip to another big bowl game before a shocking overtime loss to Nevada.

With the loss came the end of any slim national championship hopes and the big payoff that comes with playing in a BCS bowl game. The school lost millions because their kicker couldn't knock home two chip-shot field goals, which is unfortunate since he is actually one of the best in the country.

Utah has consistently been at the top of their conference as well, but they also slipped a bit this year. The Utes have been to a BCS bowl before as well, so they won't be intimidated by the Broncos.

That said, if Boise State comes in fired up and ready to play, they should make quick work of Utah. Look for quarterback Kellen Moore to have a big day.
