Chick-Fil-A Bowl Tickets

2010 Chick-Fil-A Bowl Predictions The South Carolina Gamecocks and Florida State Seminoles will face off in the Chick-fil-A Bowl on December 31 at 7:30 p.m. at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.

Both of these teams are coming off losses in their respective conference championship games and were hoping they would be playing in a BCS bowl and not in Atlanta. At any rate, this is still a very good bowl game for both teams.

South Carolina and Florida State are both coming off losses in which their defenses couldn't seem to make a stop to save their lives.

The big question surrounding Florida State is whether or not quarterback Christian Ponder will be able to start. His elbow has been an issue for much of the season, and he wasn't able to play in the ACC title game.

The other sidenote for this contest is the chance for Steve Spurrier to knock off the Seminoles again. Spurrier had quite a rivalry going with the Seminoles and Bobby Bowden, who has since stepped down, back when he was coaching the Gators.

Prediction: South Carolina 34, Florida State 24
