Capital One Bowl 2011 Preview The 2011 Capital One Bowl will be played on January 1 at 1:00 p.m. at the Florida Citrus Bowl in Orlando.

The game features the Big Ten conference up against the SEC and is one of the more popular bowls on New Year's Day. You can expect to see two top teams from the conferences matched up against each other, and they are usually both ranked.

Last year's game was tremendous, as Joe Paterno and the Penn State Nittany Lions won a defensive struggle over the LSU Tigers, 19-17.

It used to be known as the Citrus Bowl, and though the game is now sponsored, the stadium that it is played in remains the same.
