Occasionally an event is cancelled - an artist gets sick, a team doesn't make the playoffs, etc. GreatSeats.com offers a refund of the price paid for tickets when an event is cancelled, less the processing and shipping fees. In order for us to issue a refund you MUST return the physical tickets to GreatSeats.com.
