2010 Snowboard - Snowboard Cross - Men's Seating Chart

The men's snowboard boardercross features competitors making their way through a marked, snow-covered course.

The competition takes place in heats of four, with the top two athletes from each heat advancing to the next round.

The tournament elimination style of the event certainly adds to the excitement, as athletes know they can't afford to have one bad run on the course.

There is also plenty of contact between the athletes on the course as they jockey for the best position.

At the 2006 Winter Olympics, Seth Westcott represented the United States team well by bringing home the gold medal in the event.

Athletes from Slovakia and France were able to take home the silver and bronze medals, respectively.

The United States should once again be one of the countries most likely to claim a medal at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
