Busboys and Poets is partnering with the Smithsonian National Postal Museum to throw the Inaugural Peace Ball in Inauguration Day, aimed at celebrating those that work tirelessly for peace and social justice.

The event will be held at the Smithsonian National Postal Museum (directly next to Union Station in Washington, DC). Food, drink, dinner and dancing will be included with the ticket.

Busboys and Poets is a restaurant, bookstore, fair trade market and gather place where people meet to discuss issues of social justice and peace. Locations throughout Washington DC enhance the community, reaching out to a diverse clientele that reflects surrounding neighborhoods. The environment of their establishments is meant to foster a progressive, artistic and literary community to dialogue, educate and interact.
