What fees or costs are there in selling my tickets?
It is free to list your tickets for sale on GreatSeats.com. Once your tickets have sold GreatSeats.com receives 15% of the sale price as a service charge (also called a "seller's fee"). There are NO additional costs or fees.
 
How will I ship the tickets?
When your tickets sell we will notify you of the sale by e-mail. At that point all you have to do is log in to your account and print out the pre-paid FedEx shipping label. Take the label and the tickets to any FedEx store or drop box to ship the tickets.
Many brances of the United States Post Office have a Fed-Ex drop box located on the premises. You can also call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to schedule a pickup at your home or office.
 
How will I receive my check?
Checks are mailed five to seven business days after the buyer has received the tickets. This gives the buyer ample time to contact us if there is a problem with the tickets. If you have sold multiple sets of tickets in a short time frame we may consolidate your payments into one check.
 
What happens if I don't ship my tickets in time?
If you fail to ship your tickets within the predetermined time your sale will be canceled. We will fill the order from other tickets available on our website. Your credit card may be charged the difference in price of the supplemental tickets.
 
How do I cancel a ticket listing?
There is absolutely NO penalty for canceling your ticket listing. We have tried to make the process as easy as possible. Click on the "My Ticket Listings" page within the members area. Click the edit/delete link below the desired listing. On the following page simply confirm the deletion.
Once your listing is canceled the tickets will IMMEDIATELY be removed from the website.
