Chicago Bears 2011 Season Preview
Posted 8/18/2011
The Chicago Bears were a playoff team last year, but their success was overshadowed by Jay Cutler leaving a postseason game with an apparent knee injury.

A lot of fans and players alike called out Cutler, saying he should have played through the pain with his team's season on the line. Cutler's teammates have been quick to back him up, though it will be interesting to see what happens should struggle to start the year.

The Bears have to find a way to get more out of their running game. They have a very good running back in Matt Forte, but an offensive line that can't seem to open up any holes for him.

They are also looking to continue to improve their passing game, and the signing of Roy Williams is a good start. He will re-join offensive coordinator Mike Martz, who helped him to his best seasons with the Detroit Lions.

Chicago will be in the hunt for another division title, but it's hard to see them getting past the defending world champion Green Bay Packers.
