Despite playing at home against one of their biggest rivals, the Kansas City Chiefs were totally outplayed in a 23-8 loss to the Oakland Raiders.
The Chiefs couldnt get anything going offensively, as running back Larry Johnson was bottled up by a defense that was torched by Denver in their season opener.
Defensively, the Chiefs strongest unit was a disappointment, allowing Oakland to chew up chunks of yards and the clock by running the football.
The loss was all the more surprising considering Oakland was coming off of a short week after playing on Monday night at home and then had to go play in one of the toughest stadiums in the NFL.
Sitting at 0-2 with their third string quarterback now starting, its time to panic if you are a Chiefs fan. |
