The Dallas Cowboys are regarded by many as the top team in all of football, but that title took a hit Sunday in a home loss to the rival Washington Redskins.
The Cowboys defense had major issues all day, as they once again had trouble getting to the quarterback and were susceptible to big plays in the secondary.
Offensively, things werent all that much better for the Cowboys. Quarterback Tony Romo and wide receiver Terrell Owens werent on the same page much of the day, which caused Dallas to lose its explosiveness on offense.
Running back Marion Barber carried the ball just 11 times for 44 yards and was MIA in the second half.
Fortunately for Dallas, they have a great chance to get healthy again this week when they host the still winless Cincinnati Bengals. |
