The Cincinnati Bengals put up a good fight early but just didnt have enough in a 27-10 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Bengals got on the scoreboard first with a touchdown pass from quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick to wide receiver Glenn Holt.
Holt saw increased playing time thanks to wide receiver Chad Johnsons lateness and subsequent absence at a team meeting.
Fitzpatrick played reasonably well against the top defense in the league, but it simply wasnt enough.
The Bengals are still hopeful to get quarterback Carson Palmer back in a couple of weeks, and Johnson should play next week. |
