The Carolina Panthers addressed several needs in this years NFL Draft.
The first round pick of running back Jonathan Stewart was somewhat surprising given that the team was set to give the starting job to DeAngelo Williams.
Still, Stewart is more of a power back who would be utilized well on the goallines and could spell Williams.
The pick of offensive tackle Jeff Otah later in the first round was another sign that the Panthers want to rebuild their offensive line and get back to running the football.
I also liked the selection of linebacker Dan Connor in the third round. He can fill the shoes of Mike Morgan.
