I was a big fan of what the Arizona Cardinals did in this year’s NFL Draft, particularly in the first three rounds.

Arizona’s defense is still porous, so the team grabbed cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie with the No. 16 overall pick.

They stayed with defense in the second round, picking up defensive end Calais Campbell out of Miami. I love defensive players that come out of "The U."

Then the Cardinals managed to grab wide receiver Early Doucet in the third round, and he will really be effective as the team’s third wideout.
