The New York Jets have re-signed veteran cornerback Hank Poteat to a one-year contract.

Poteat played the last two seasons with the Jets and played in every game.

He had the first two interception of his career last year in back-to-back games against Donovan McNabb and Carson Palmer.

Poteat is expected to add depth to a secondary that is already pretty deep.
