Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Joe Horn will skip the team’s offseason activities, just the latest ploy in an attempt to be traded.

He has a $2.5 million guaranteed contract for 2008, which will likely severely limit possible trade partners.

Horn might not even be one of the team’s top three wideouts, so the Falcons wouldn’t be totally against parting ways with the disgruntled veteran.
