After being traded from the Seattle Supersonics in the middle of the season, Cleveland Cavaliers guard Delonte West wants to stay put.

West is a restricted free agent this summer but is hoping the team signs him to a contract.

West may get some support from LeBron James, as the guard was one of the few players who showed up in Game 7 to give the star some help.

West averaged over 10 points and four rebounds per game in the playoffs.
