Baltimore Ravens rookie quarterback Joe Flacco will miss a passing camp at the end of May because of a rule agreement between the NFL and NCAA.

The rule states that an NFL rookie is limited to one minicamp while his school is in session.

That means Flacco cannot return to Ravens headquarters until May 30, the final day of finals at the University of Delaware.

The team is currently working on negotiating a contract with Flacco, and it seems as if a five-year deal will be in place shortly.
