The Baltimore Ravens and linebacker Terrell Suggs have resolved a disagreement over the franchise tag they placed on him in the offseason.
Suggs was mad at the Ravens because they franchised him as a linebacker and not a defensive end, costing him money.
However, the sides have come together with the NFL Players Association to create a new position called a defensive end-linebacker.
The new designation will mean a roughly $500,000 increase for Suggs in 2008. |
