The cocaine case against Denver Broncos defensive tackle Marcus Thomas has been dropped.

Thomas had been arrested for cocaine possession in Florida but prosecutors never pursued the case.

Had Thomas been prosecuted, rumor had it that he would have been cut from the Broncos, a major move considering he is a starter.

Head coach Mike Shanahan supported Thomas the entire time, something the defensive tackle said he really appreciated.
