Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade said he is focused on helping his team rebuild rather than the persistent rumors of a possible trade to the Chicago Bulls.

Wade said he has no interest in heading to Chicago despite being a native of the area.

The guard said he spoked to team president Pat Riley, who assured him such reports are completely false.

Wade said he can’t worry about those types of rumors because all of that stuff is out of his control anyway.

He said he just wants to focus on what his team needs to do to rebuild and get back to being a title contender.
