Denver Broncos tight end Tony Scheffler is no longer wearing a boot on his foot.
The tight end has been seen walking around in flip-flops and appears to be much healthier now.
It is expected that Scheffler will be 100 percent in time for the start of training camp in late July.
The tight end will likely take on an increased importance this year after the team allowed wide receiver Javon Walker to sign with the Oakland Raiders in the offseason.
He will also be blocking for a new running back after the team cut Travis Henry a couple of weeks ago. |
