Texas Rangers outfielder Milton Bradley sat out of tonights game against the Atlanta Braves because of a strained quadriceps.
Bradley injured the muscle while attempting to run out a ball in the sixth inning of last nights game. He was replaced in the field in the seventh.
The good news is that manager Ron Washington said the injury wasnt serious and he expects Bradley to be in the lineup for the series finale on Thursday.
Bradley might have started Wednesday but apparently told the manager that giving him another day of rest would really help heal him up. |
