It appears that Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Chris Simms wasn’t joking when he said he wanted to be traded and his relationship with head coach Jon Gruden has fallen apart.

Simms was a no-show at the team’s mandatory minicamp, and it seems like that could be the beginning of the end for the quarterback in Tampa Bay.

Meanwhile, Gruden continues to insist that the differences between he and Simms are not personal.

The head coach still believes the situation will take care of itself and everything will be worked out in the end. Needless to say, Simms doesn’t feel the same way.
