Green Bay Packers running back Ryan Grant sat out of the team’s mandatory minicamp as he continues to voice his displeasure over his current contract situation.

It is highly unlikely that Grant would be a training camp holdout because of the enormous hit he would take in fines.

However, it’s never good to have one of your most important players so unhappy. The two sides continue to try to work on hammering out a long term deal.

While Grant is coming off of a great season and slated as the starting running back, the team has been impressed with the strides made by Brandon Jackson in the offseason.
