He played in 12 games last year with the team and recorded nine tackles.

It’s just more bad news for a franchise that has tried to stay out of the spotlight when it comes to off-the-field issues ever since Michael Vick was arrested on dogfighting charges.

It would come as little surprise if the Falcons just decided to cut a role player who committed a crime to take a stand against criminal behavior.
