Dale Earnhardt Jr. broke a 76-race winless streak with a victory at Michigan International Speedway.

Earnhardt Jr. won the race by taking major gambles in fueling that paid off in the end.

He said some fans might rip him apart for how he won the race, but he and all of his fans are quite happy with the result.

Kasey Kahne, who has been hot ever since winning the All-Star race, finished second while Matt Kenseth finished in third place.
