Things have just gone from awful to something even worse for the Atlanta Braves and their bullpen.

Reliever Rafael Soriano, who was expected to come off the disabled list and reclaim the closer’s role with John Smoltz out for the season, is on his way right back to where he came from.

Soriano is suffering from right elbow inflammation, has been placed on the DL yet again.

The reliever has had some elbow issues all season and it’s probably time the Braves had the injury looked at a little more closely to figure out what’s going on.
