Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Eric Byrnes still doesn’t have any timetable established for his return from a hamstring injury.

Byrnes begged the team not to be place him on the disabled list, but it appears that they made the right decision.

The good news is that Byrnes is said to be making progress, but the Diamondbacks are not sure when he will be activated.

Conor Jackson has been moved from first base to the outfielder on occasion to take over Byrnes spot and allow Chad Tracy to get into the lineup.
