Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Chris Simms is reportedly upset with head coach Jon Gruden and is now seeking a trade or an outright release.

Simms said his relationship with the head coach is broken and there is no going back, which has prompted the request.

The quarterback says he and his family love the Tampa area but he feels like he is being held hostage by the team and feels it is time he spoke up and said something about it.

Simms said his relationship with Gruden began deteriorating during the last training camp because he felt like the coach wouldn’t acknowledge the seriousness of his injury.
