The Baltimore Ravens have been working out veteran offensive tackle Barry Sims, but no contract agreement has been reached between the two sides.
Sims started 119 games during his nine-year career with the Oakland Raiders, including all 16 games last season. He was released by the team in late February.
Sims agent said his client is interested in the Ravens because he is looking for a team on the rise as his career winds down in the next couple of years.
The Ravens are expected to start Jared Gaither at left tackle because of Jonathan Ogdens retirement, but Sims could be in the mix too if the team signs him. |
