Tennessee Titans defensive end Jevon Kearse is very high on the teams defensive unit, comparing it to that of the one they had when they went to the Super Bowl in 1999.
The team wasnt too shabby last year, finishing fifth in total defense, a number which Kearse said could certainly be improved upon this season.
Its a big training camp for Kearse, who is trying to jumpstart his career and has come back to the place where he began his career and make a name for himself.
Kearse stressed that the unit would have to take on the right attitude if they wanted to ascend to such heights.
He said they would have to be ready to play every time they step out on the field and understand that nothing would be handed to them. |
