Miami Dolphins defensive end Jason Taylor and vice president of operations Bill Parcells are at odds after the NFL Draft.

Taylor was mad at Parcells when he recently stopped in to see him and the VP ignored him.

Parcells is reportedly unhappy that Taylor has been spending his offseason on "Dancing with the Stars" instead of preparing for the upcoming season.

In addition, Parcells said there was no way Taylor would be traded, yet rumors floated all weekend about the defensive end being dealt for draft picks.
