The Philadelphia Eagles traded out of the first round, leaving them to take defensive tackle Trevor Laws in the second round with the 47th overall pick.
The Eagles certainly need help along their defensive line and have made upgrading their defense a priority in the offseason, as seen by the signing of cornerback Asante Samuel.
Laws is not going to be rushing the passer very often, but he will be able to clog up the middle and has a constant motor. |
