With the No. 2 pick in the NFL Draft, the St. Louis Rams have selected defensive end Chris Long out of Virginia.

I love this pick for the Rams.

Long is underrated athletically and has a constant motor. The guy just loves to play football and won’t quit on any play.

The Rams are desperate for some help defensively, especially along the line.

I expect Long to be a very good player in the league for a long, long time.
