Texas Longhorns guard A.J. Abrams has followed the lead of teammate D.J. Augustin and declared himself for the NBA Draft.

Abrams has not hired an agent, which could allow him to eventually return to school.

While Augustin simply doesn’t want to hire an agent for fear of getting hurt, Abrams is simply testing the draft waters and very well could end up back at Texas.

Texas head coach Rick Barnes is probably hoping both return given that Texas would be a top five team with the two guards.
