			<description><![CDATA[ <p>The Major Indoor Soccer League has shut down but is expected to come back in some form for next season.</p><p>The owners and chairman of the league decided it would be best to start over to make the league more efficient and allow for growth in the future.</p><p>One of the biggest problems the league was having was that owners of teams that had gone by the wayside were still allowed to vote on MISL matters.</p>]]></description>
