Virgin Mobile FreeFest is once again going to "Let Free Ring" on September 10 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Md. This year's lineup includes The Black Keys, Deadmau5, TV On The Radio, Cee Lo Green, Cut Copy and Patti Smith, plus many more.

The fifth annual concert is hosted by Virgin Mobile and is the only festival where tickets are free for attendees.
