Train 2010 Summer Tour News
Posted 7/26/2010
Following a short stint overseas, Train is back touring in North America in continued support of their October 2009 release Save Me, San Francisco.

The N. American tour kicked off again on July 7 and is scheduled to wrap up with a special two-night performance at the Pechanga in Temecula, Calif., on Oct. 2-3. Along the way, Train also has 17 tour dates scheduled with John Mayer.

Highlights of the upcoming Train tour include the Mile High Music Festival in Devner on Aug. 15; Mixfest where they will co-headline with the Backstreet Boys at Pier Six Concert Pavilion in Baltimore on Aug. 22; the Chastain Park Amphitheater in Atlanta on Aug. 27; the Ravinia Festival in Highland Parl, Ill., on Sept. 4; and the U.S. Airways Center in Phoenix on Sept. 25.

Save Me, San Francisco is the band's fifth studio album and has already received more positive reviews than 2006's For Me, It's You. "Hey Soul Sister" is the album's hit single, which marks Train's sixth song to make it on Billboard's Top 100, including "Drops of Jupiter," "Meet Virginia," "Calling All Angels," "If It's Love" and "When I Look To The Sky."
