The Black Keys are first-time tour headliners in 2012, hitting the road in support of their latest release, El Camino, with special guest Arctic Monkeys.
The band hits the road during March, starting things off March 2 at US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, OH, and finishing up in Charlotte, NC, on March 24. Stops in between include Boston, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, New York City, Toronto, Indianapolis, and Cleveland, to name a few.
El Camino came out Dec. 6, and is the band's first album recorded with producer Danger Mouse in their new hometown of Nashville, Tenn. Their opening act, Arctic Monkeys, will be joining them for all shows, where they'll be performing songs from their latest release Suck It And See. The newest single, 'Black Treacle,' is due out January 2012.
If you can't wait to see them live, check out their website for performance clips from their latest TV appearances on Saturday Night Live (from 12/4) and The Colbert Report (from 12/7). And tune in February at the 54th Grammy Awards to see if The Black Keys win in their nominated category, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for the song "Dearest."
