This year's concert will take place on Oct. 16 at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD. The headlining act is Josh Turner, the South Carolina native whose soulful voice has graced four studio albums to date, including February 2010's "Haywire" that features the popular songs "All Over Me" and "I Wouldn't Be a Man."

Turner will be joined by The Band Perry, Joe Nichols, Easton Corbin, Frankie Ballard and Hunter Hayes. All the artists are seeing success on the country music Billboard charts this year.
