Snow Patrol 2012 Tour News Scotland's favorite musical export, Snow Patrol, will be plowing across the country this spring from on a massive North American tour March until mid-May in support of their latest album, Fallen Empires.

The lads from Glasgow will kick things off March 29 in sunny Orlando, Fla., and crisscross the country before finishing off May 18 in Houston, Tx. Key stops in between include Atlanta, Nashville, Washington, DC, New York, Chicago, Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles and Austin, just to name a few.

Fallen Empires is their sixth studio album, and was released in November 2011. The first video to premier is for the single, "In The End." They'll be joined on the road by special guest Ed Sheeran, a singer/songwriter from Britain.
