Rothbury Festival Tickets

The first annual Rothbury Festival is scheduled for the July 4th Weekend and will feature headliners Dave Matthews Band, Widespread Panic, John Mayer, 311, Phil Lesh and Friends, Primus, Thievery Corporation and Snoop Dogg, among many others.

The Rothbury festival is a four-day event held in Michigan from July 3rd through July 6th to bring attention to environmental improvements, organized by AEG Live and Madison House Presents. In addition to the headliners, a wide variety of acts also include Modest Mouse, Colbie Caillat, Disco Biscuits, Medeski Martin & Wood, Mickey Hart Band, Zappa Plays Zappa, The Wailers, Emmitt Nershi Band and Tea Leaf Green.

In addition to an eclectic group or artists, the festival will also feature a number of other venues for entertainment. A circus and theater will be available at the festival, including "unexpected aerial performances in the tree tops."

There will be a number of different "experiences" as well, including the Get Up Tent, the Think Tank to foster discussion on energy independence, the Energy Fair to promote new gadgets and games. There will also be The Establishment, a New World Cabaret experience. The Tripolee Dome features a three-hour show with global DJs and live musicians in an interactive show.

Etown at Rothbury will feature a syndicated radio show each afternoon. Yoga will be available each day, and The Big Gig Open Mic Stage will be seeking out big talent! Art will also be a fixture - the festival will set out to set a new world record for the "Worlds Largest Canned Food Sculpture." Interactive Art will be placed throughout the grounds as part of the Our Future Now non-profit.

Camping is always a vital part of a summer festival, but Rothbury has a different approach for those that dont want to rough it. Through the "Good Life" packages, VIP on-site lodging amenities are available, including log cabins, a rustic ranch and an RV park. The packages will include running water, a swimming pool, and a brunch every morning.
