Roger Daltrey 2011 Fall Tour News

Roger Daltrey, legendary rocker and former frontman of British band The Who, is embarking on his first full-scale outing since 1995, dubbed the TOMMY tour.
The 28-city North American tour runs from Sept. 13 at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood to Nov. 2 at the MTS Centre in Winnipeg. The last U.S. date is Oct. 25 at the KeyArena in Seattle.
Additional tour dates include Sept. 17 at the Agganis Arena in Boston; Sept. 21 a the the Mann Center in Philadelphia; Oct. 5 at the Target Center in Minneapolis; Oct. 1 at the Midland in Kansas City, Mo.; Oct. 19 at the Nokia Theatre in L.A.; and Oct. 24 at the Rose Garden in Portland.
"Tommy," The Who's fourth studio album from 1969, tells the story of a deaf, dumb, blind boy who leads his own religious movement. The rock opera album was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1998 for its "historical, artistic and significant value."
This fall, Daltrey will perform hits from this legendary album, as well as other Who classics.
