After the New Year, Rascal Flatts is kicking off a 19-city tour in support of their new album, "Nothing Like This." Opening acts Luke Bryan and Chris Young will be their special guests during the tour.
The tour runs between Jan. 14 at the Sioux Falls Arena in Sioux Falls, S.D., and March 12 at the Oklahoma City Arena in Oklahoma City. Along the way, Rascal Flatts also has stops at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn. on Jan. 21; the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans on Feb. 4; the Nassau Coliseum on Uniondale, N.Y. on Feb. 25; and more.
Last year, Rascal Flatts band members Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney celebrated their 10th anniversary in the music business. In a fitting, and appropriately timed, tribute, the band was the first ever recipient of the "Decade Award" at the first ever American Country Awards in early December. The award recognizes the band for their contribution to country music in the past ten years.
Their most recent album, "Nothing Like This," debuted in November 2010. It features popular songs like "I Won't Let Go," "Play" and "Why Wait."
